The Subtraction And Addition Method.

“For some of us, it’s the people closest to us who create the most doubt in our minds, or bring the most negativity into our lives, or are the most envious of our success.” LaLa Anthony. As i was reading her book, the power playbook rules, i saw how she deeply explained how the people in our lives can led to our down fall.

Most of us, look up to our families for support but not every family is always supportive. When we achieve something good, something we are proud of , they find a way to show you, how negativity it will be at the end. They never see any positive angle in your success.

You should be careful of such people in your life. For me, i would advice you to cut them off completely. Even though some maybe your family members and you love them, CUT THEM OFF!!!.

My solution,i s to replace the negative people with the positive ones in my life. I call this Subtraction and addiction Method. Use it in your day-to-day life you will be surprised at the results.

Lastly, your mind can be a source of negativity. If you let this thoughts control your actions, you will never achieve anything in life. When your mind tells you, you are not good enough to get that promotion, ignore that thought and go get your job. This is usually a self-defense mechanism that our mind or sub conscious use, to avoid rejection. Lets face it, no one loves rejection, it’s a bitter pill to swallow. At times, you are our own enemy, if you don’t change, you will cause your own down fall. Believe in yourself and surround yourself with positive people. This goes to your friends and family that are in your life, if they don’t support you, CUT THEM OFF!!!!!!!.
